8:00 AM – 9:00 AM: Morning Yoga/Chi Gong
9:00 AM – 10:00 AM: Energizing Breakfast
10:00 AM – 1:30 PM: Transformational session
1:30 PM – 4:00 PM: Lunch break, rest & recharge
4:00 PM – 6:30 PM: Transformational session
6:30 PM – 7:30 PM: Nourishing Dinner
7:30 PM – 9:00 PM: Community deepening, intentional hangouts such as fire gatherings, meditation, social games, and more.
Dates:
Training begins: August 12 at 3 pm.
Concludes: August 18 at 1 pm
Catering
The staff at Sukkerfabrikken will give us full catering. Expect organic, healthy, nourishing, satisfying, delicious vegetarian homemade meals for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There will also be tea, coffee, and fruit available throughout the days.
The kitchen will of course consider any allergies. If there are any concerns, please note them when booking your ticket.
Accommodation
Each participant will receive a bed in a room at Sukkerfabrikken. The room includes bed linen, duvet cover, pillowcase, and a towel.
